@haiyan99 Thnks for replying, but as i said is hard to find stuff where i live (Brasil) but i’ve done the recipe couple of times with different sauces and came out good, i love chinese food, love lobster sauce over steamed rice, my favorite of all foods.
@sithsombra Hi, there, did I reply your message? I couldn’t find here, if I did miss I am sorry. “Hoisin Sauce” is wildly being used in Chinese cooking, if translate into Chinese would be “Seafood Sauce”, it can be used for different purpose, ie, stir fry sauce, dipping sauce, marinating sauce..etc, it has fermented sweet and savoury taste. You can buy it in any Asian store.
@AdraindePanama You are too late, I am not available any more, haha, but my food is open to everybody, feel free to marry any of my recipes, because they are worth it..lol
Hi, whats ”hoisin” sauce made off? i can find catchup and shoyo where i live but not hoisin sauce, can i use something different? whats the base of hoisin sauce?
Im just on the last bit where i drizzle the honey ill let you know what its like and thanks for the video looks deliciouse and the smell oh timers just gone .
@neurocosm You are probably right with the HYBIRD accent, but not the Beijing part. I am actually from Shanghai, because I grew up in military environment where everybody speaks standard mandarin. About the British accent, I think probably because I have been living in UK for more than 5 years, more or less my accent would be influenced by local people. Thanks very for your comment, you have a good day!
Do I detect a hybrid Beijing/British accent there? I may have teh Beijing part wrong, but I do believe I hear some British in there Very lovely. And I really like the recipes.
